Liquid Feeding

Dilutors are a low cost way of adding liquid fertiliser to the water. Concentrated fertiliser is placed in the bottle and the appropriate metering nozzle selected. Hoses are connected up and fertiliser is automatically added to the water stream in proportion to the flow.

Dosmatic injectors are water powered and inject chemicals in proportion to the flow. The injection ratio is adjustable.

Dosmatic injectors combine a high degree of chemical resistance with a unique 3-2-1 warranty - 3 years on the body, 2 years on the motor and 1 year on the lower end. A wide range of models covers flows from 45 l/h to 20,000 l/h.

All models feature external ratio adjustment, making changing the injection rations quick and simple - even when the unit is operating. All models (except the MicroDos) feature an on/off lever to stop the chemical injection.

To protect the injector when using very aggressive chemicals there is the option of a remote injection kit to add the chemicals downstream.

Rather than placing the injector at the start of the system, putting fertiliser into the entire irrigation system, a mobile injector can be used just to add fertiliser where it is needed.

The mobile trolley holds the injector, chemical drum and hose for easy transportation from place to place.
