Old fashioned 'pin type' nozzles have very high water consumption and are susceptible to dry spots.
Existing nozzles can be replaced with modern Access Mini-spin nozzles for reduced water consumption and more even distribution. Drip-stop nozzles can be added to eliminate after drips without the need to drain the lines after each watering cycle.
Downtubes push into the adaptor and allow the main pipework to be located higher up out of the way. The downtubes brush out of the way if walked into. Downtubes ensure the nozzles hang vertically if the overhead pipes have not been glued straight.
Drip-stop valves shut when the watering is turned off, preventing after dripping. As the lines stay fill of water, start-up of the spay lines is instant.
