Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Economy Service: £4.95 1st class post for orders up to £20 + VAT
£8.95 for orders up to £100 +VAT
FREE for orders over £100 + VAT
Priority Service:
£10.95 for orders up to £199 + VAT
£19.95 for orders over £200 + VAT |
Delivery Schedule Orders that do not contain special order items will normally be despatched within 7 working days (3 working days for priority service). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated as being placed the next working day.
Orders that contain special order items will normally be held until the special order item is available. Carriage for bulky items may be charged at cost. |

| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy Where a stock item has been ordered incorrectly, or is no longer required it can be returned, subject to prior agreement and completion of a returns form. Access will issue a credit for goods in a re-saleable condition less a 15% restocking charge and any carriage costs incurred.
Special order items will not normally be accepted back in stock.
For UK consumers, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know in writing within 16 days of receipt. You need to arrange to get the goods back to our premises in Crick within 28 days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods to be borne by the consumer. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition upon return. Any goods which in the opinion of Access Irrigation Ltd are not in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded. |
